A Study to test capacity of Hymenomycetes fungus for degrading lignocellulose of Albizia falcataria (L.) Fosberg wood chips in biopulp preparation has been carried out. The quality of the resulting paper had also been observed. The degradation process carried out one various nitrogen source in the form KNO3 1.7% after chips have been soaked in various 1, 10,100, 1000 ppm of MnSO4 concentrations, in the aerobic condition, with moinsture content of 80% and at 30drajatC in the incubator as long as 4 and 8 weeks. The degradation criterias were determined by measuring respon of cellulose and lignin of wood chips as well as of the quality paper produced. it was found that there are significant in cellulose and lignin degradation of each treatment. The quality of the resulting paper using CULH fungus was increased in terms of tear index 10.5-13.4%, burst index 7.8%, tensile index 1.9-18%, breaking length 1.9-18.2%, although the brightnes degree was comparatively lower 98.1080.2%.
