	Description:	1. Configure Asterisk with an incoming call context and an outgoing call context in sip.conf I need it configured to register at fonosip dot com. Add a single dialplan extension 1000 that incoming context will ring. 2. Modify manager.conf to uncomment out [mark] settings. Add correct IPs for deny/permits and read/write (can use existing setting, just uncomment) 3. Configure firewall for sip (5006), rtp (10000-20000) and manager (5038) Asterisk 1.4 is already installed with the sample configuration files.
